When you place an order online there are a few shipping options.

We offer:

- Free Local Pickup from our store at 7 Prospero St. South Murwillumbah, NSW, 2484 (Same day available if you place your order before 2pm and pick up before 4pm)

- $10 Standard Flat Rate Shipping within Australia (excluding paintings)

- Free Shipping within Australia when you spend over $300 (excluding paintings and large/bulky orders)

- $20 Standard International Shipping

To check out using Afterpay follow the steps below:

1. Add your items to cart

2. Once you have all your items in your cart and have added any necessary order notes, click the beige "Check out" button under the notes box.

3. Fill in your contact details and select shipping or local pickup - if you selected shipping fill in your Shipping Address

4. Under "Payment" select the Afterpay option

5. Fill in your Billing Address

6. Click "Pay Now" - you will be redirected to Afterpay's check-out service

7. Once Afterpay's checkout service has loaded follow the prompts to finalise your payment and your order will be completed.

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Amex, ShopPay, ApplePay, GPay or Paypal online. You can also pay by cash in store.

We offer Afterpay through our online checkout, simply add your items to cart and follow the prompts until you reach the Afterpay button on the payment screen. Then, proceed to checkout through Afterpay.

Please email us (info@echora.com.au) or visit us in store to request a refund/exchange. We will accept refunds/exchanges up to 14 days after the purchase date with the item in its original unopened/unused condition with all tags still attached and proof of purchase (receipt). Refund will be issued as a store credit for the value of the returned product.
